Start the day at Churchtown. Your support will help provide the coffee, scones, and community-building moments that make our gatherings so impactful.

House Photographer - $3,500


 

Support the official visual record of Churchtown 2026. This sponsorship makes it possible to document the speakers, farmers, breakout conversations, dairy walk, and the moments between sessions that give the event its character.

Sponsor recognition includes credit on the public photo gallery and post-event recap, listing on the Saving Real Organic conference page, and a curated set of approved event images for reposting with credit.

Speaker Travel Fund - $500 - $1,000 (multiple)


 

Help bring essential voices to Hudson. This fund supports airfare, ground transportation, and lodging for invited speakers traveling to Churchtown from around the country.

Sponsors are recognized on the Saving Real Organic conference page and in the post-event thank-you where our event recap will note how many speaker trips were made possible through the fund.

Farmer Scholarship Fund - $500 - $1,000 (multiple)


 

Put a farmer in the room. This sponsorship helps cover attendance costs for a farmer who would not otherwise be able to join the Churchtown gathering.

Sponsors are recognized on the Saving Real Organic conference page and in the post-event scholarship thank you, where our event recap will note how many farmers were able to make the trip through the fund (in 2025 it was 120!).

Breakout Session Sponsors - $1,000 (multiple)


 

Support the small-group conversations that make Churchtown distinctive. These sponsorships help underwrite the breakout sessions, where attendees can dig deeper into the themes of the day, ask questions, and connect directly with others who care about the future of food and farming.

Sponsors receive recognition on the Saving Real Organic conference page, on-site signage near breakout areas, and acknowledgment in our digital programs.

Book Booth - $750


 

Support the book table and speaker signing area, where attendees can browse, purchase, and engage more deeply with the ideas brought to Churchtown by this year’s speakers. This sponsorship supports pre-event shipping and logistics, as well as a welcoming space for book sales, signings, and informal connection on the big day.

Dairy Walk Sponsor - $500


 

Support grazing! Support cows! And support a very memorable part of the Churchtown experience. This sponsorship helps make the dairy walk possible, giving attendees the chance to step outside and experience the landscape and animals that make Churchtown the special place it is.
