Amaltheia Organic Dairy

Amaltheia Dairy is an organic goat dairy and vegetable farm. We milk about 200 goats and all the milk is made into cheese. We also raise 9 acres of vegetables along with 9 acres of cover crops. We rotate the vegetable fields yearly and try to get 3 cover crop plantings in a year. We graze the goats into the cover crop fields.
