Cornercopia Student Organic Farm

The University of Minnesota Student Organic Farm is an educational farm intended as a training site for students interested in organic production. The farm hosts 4-7 student interns a year who handle all aspects of production. The farm produces mostly annual vegetables as well as some perennial fruit.

Our products are sold to Campus Club, a restaurant on campus, as well as to Farm at the Arb which uses them in a Veggie Rx Program and the University of Minnesota's Nutritious U Food Pantry where our produce is given away free of charge to students.
