Eden Hall Farm is an educational farm for Chatham University's School of Environment and Sustainability. We organic grow vegetables, fruits, and mushrooms for our campus cafeteria, classes, community meals, and external partners. Students are able to learn about organic production, integrated pest management, and soil remediation in classes, workshops, and through paid opportunities on the farm.
