Foraged & Sown is a work of creative food production. Since 2015, we've grown herbs, vegetables, and berries on multiple growing sites around Central Ohio. We are first-generation, woman farmers committed to environmentally and socially just practices. Our dual focus on cultivated and foraged produce encompasses a broad range of herbs, fruits, greens and roots. Our foraged and cultivated fresh and foraged produce, dried herbs (culinary, medicinal, dye), herbal and caffeinated teas, herbal salt blends, herb-infused preserves and garlic can be purchased wholesale or retail at local farmers markets, local and regional groceries, and online.
