Our beloved farm was an orange grove for more than 40 years and then became a source for community sustainable agriculture or a csa program. Chiles hospitality began leasing the farm in 2013 with a vision to bring local produce to its restaurants and local residents. However, founder ed chiles also wanted to use the farm to process waste from the restaurant and create super-nutritious soil for all that it would grow. The 26-acre farm has quite literally bloomed since its purchase in 2021.
