Charlotte Vallaeys is former Director of Farm and Food Policy at The Cornucopia Institute, a Wisconsin-based farm policy research group. With a Master of Theological Studies degree from Harvard University and a Master of Science degree from Tufts University’s Friedman School of Nutrition Science and Policy, Charlotte’s research explores the ethics of our food system.
