Clara Coleman

Clara Coleman is a second-generation organic farmer, creator of #RealFarmerCare, consultant, writer, TEDx and keynote speaker on sustainable four-season farming and daughter of renowned farming pioneer Eliot Coleman. She currently co-manages Four Season Farm with her father and step-mother Barbara Damrosch. In addition to consulting projects, farming workshops and speaking engagements nationwide, Clara is passionate about inspiring, caring, and supporting the next generation of farmers, especially in relation to racial justice, to create equitable, sustainable and lasting farming legacies for generations to come.
