Francis Thicke

Radiance Dairy

Francis Thicke runs Radiance Dairy in Iowa. It is a 736 acre grass-based dairy farm. Francis worked for the USDA-Extension Service as the National Program Leader for Soil Science. Francis has served on many boards, including a recent term on the National Organic Standards Board. He is currently the chair of the Policy Committee of the Organic Farmers Association. He has a Ph.D. in Agronomy.
