Will Brinton, Ph.D., is the founder Woods End Laboratory in Maine, serving organic farmers for over five decades with compost and soil testing services and running a small research farm. Now retired from the lab business, he has returned to an earlier passion of horticultural landscapes. He guides his non-profit Foundation, exploring themes of organic farming history, science philosophy, and the changing patterns of our landscapes.
