Caney Fork Farms

Zach Wolf manages Caney Fork Farms (CCF) in Carthage, TN. With his team, he helps steward and study over 800 acres of diversified farmland. CFF holds multiple certifications, including with ROP. The farm raises grass-fed cattle and sheep, pastured pork, organic vegetables, hay, row crops and chestnuts. Zach grew up in the Northeast, with his first introduction to agriculture as a teenager at Whippoorwill Farm. He has worked over the last decades as a farmer, educator and consultant. He currently serves as a board member of Demeter USA.
