Horsetail herb farm grows organic medicinal and culinary herbs, garlic, seed, and cut flowers using horse and human power. We use reduced and no-till strategies in a permanent bed and single row system. You can find a selection of herbs on our website and herbs, garlic and flowers in person (seasonally) at the ithaca farmers' market in ithaca, ny.
