Buying from a local farm, you can support the local economy and reduce the environmental impact of long-distance shipping. We take pride in our high-quality shiitake mushrooms, which are grown in a controlled environment and harvested at the peak of freshness. We grow 5000+ pounds of mushrooms a week.

The farm store is open Thursday 12-4, Fri & Sat 11-5 and Sunday 12-5. We allow you to take a self-guided tour our some of the greenhouses until we get staffed up for proper guided tours. Looking forward to seeing you.
