Dirt rich farm grows over 40 different varieties of organic vegetables, from amaranth and arugula to zucchini, on a little over two acres. The farm is focused on improving soil health by using low-till methods, relying on a two-wheel tractor and lots of human power! dirt rich farm is now based in springville, but still grows a few crops at their original location in east aurora. Laura colligan started the farm in 2015, and she now runs it along with her fiance, ryan leggio, and two seasonal employees. Dirt rich farm’s sells its produce primarily direct-to-consumer through csa, at the farmers market, and at a self-serve farm stand in springville.
