Ottercrest farm is a former organic dairy farm which now grazes sheep as well as some dairy heifers and beef cattle. The sheep spend the spring and summer clearing vegetation from solar fields and return to the farm to graze in september. The farm also produces organic hay, and has an extensive area of floodplain wildlife habitat which is managed for conservation.
