Throughout his life and career, Anthony has always been guided by a fundamental belief that "food is love." The cultivation, preparation, and sharing of authentic and real food is an ethos that resonates deeply with his approach to life and work. With more than 20 years of experience in the nonprofit, marketing, and communications fields, Anthony has honed a diverse skill set encompassing public relations, brand development, fundraising, development, event management, and media relations. What fuels his passion is the firm belief that an individual has the ability to create change through determination, hard work, education and drive. Committed to lifelong learning, he embarked on a journey of culinary education at The French Culinary Institute (now the Institute of Culinary Education) in New York. There, he pursued classical culinary arts training and emerged as a top graduate, citing this experience as one of the most pivotal and influential moments in his personal growth. Committed to supporting local farms and producers, Anthony enjoys seeking out the freshest ingredients at farmers' markets in anticipation of crafting the next unforgettable meal for family and friends.
